Well-opacified fusiform dilatation of the infrarenal aorta extending to the proximal segment of the common iliac arteries, measuring 8 cm in diameter and 10 cm in length with mild circumferential mural thrombus. No evidence of contrast extravasation or intra-abdominal collection.
This fusiform aortic aneurysm compresses the left ureter at the L3 level with moderate hydroureteronephrosis.
Right pleural calcification is noted.
