Presentation

Sport injury.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Disruption of the acromioclavicular ligaments and joint capsule, upward displacement of the clavicle, and mild joint effusion. Partial rupture of the coracoclavicular (CC) ligaments involves mainly the trapezoid portion (the conoid portion seems to be intact).
