Adductor longus tear

Complete non-bony avulsion of the adductor longus from the pubis with retraction (about 32 mm). Defect filled with fluid. Edematous retracted end.
Normal adductor brevis, adductor mangus, gracilis, and pectineus muscles.
The anterior hip examination was normal (images not uploaded).
Case Discussion
An elderly patient presented with left groin pain related to a non-sports injury. The ultrasound shows complete avulsion of the adductor longus from the pubis.
