Gender: Male
x-ray

Soft tissue thickening in the posterior nasopharynx causing narrowing of the adjacent nasopharyngeal air column suggesting adenoid hypertrophy.

Palatine tonsil soft tissue shadow appears normal.

Tracheal air column appears normal.

Visualized bony structures appear normal.
