A grand multipara patient presented with three years of secondary infertility and underwent tubal evaluation.

Fluoroscopy

The uterus exhibits an irregular outline contour with a few tiny outpouchings, without a definite filling defect. These features are most likely related to adenomyosis.

Case Discussion

Hysterosalpingogram reveals adenomyosis with irregular branching outpouchings radiating from the uterine cavity, indicating the extension of endometrial glands into the myometrium.
