Spiral fracture of distal fibula at the level of the talar dome extending some distance proximally and associated with a simple fracture of posterior distal epiphyseal tibia.
Case Discussion
Although there is no clinical information about the trauma mechanism, the findings suggest a forced exorotation on the supinated left foot.
