Avulsion fracture of the right anterior inferior iliac spine with mild displacement.
Case Discussion
This is a classic case of an anterior inferior iliac spine avulsion apophyseal avulsion fracture in an adolescent post kicking a football. Also, a nice example of "one view is no view" with the fracture on visible on the lateral projection.
