Presentation

The left shoulder frequently dislocates anteriorly.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male
  • joint effusion

  • detached anteroinferior glenoid labrum as a Bankart lesion

  • Hill-Sacs defect is defined as a bony impression with edema along with the posterolateral aspect of the humeral head

  • abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal along with supraspinatus tendon critical zone fibers related to tendinosis 

  • subacromion - subdeltoid bursa

  • type II acromion
