Anteverted retroflexed uterus with small fibroid

An anteverted, retroflexed uterus is noted with evidence of small fundal fibroid (1.6 x 1.8 cm).
Another smaller T2 low signal lesion is seen in the anterior aspect of the uterine body (more likely to be small fibroid than fibrotic changes at the site of C section.
Case Discussion
Small uterine fibroids can be detected incidentally in imaging.
