Presentation

Left flank pain on background of known history of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease; on haemodialysis.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

There is enlargement of the kidneys with innumerable renal cysts. This results in displacement and compression of the bowel. A small number of cysts are hyperdense. No cyst rupture is identified. There is no peri-renal stranding.

Multiple liver cysts are noted.
