Left flank pain on background of known history of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease; on haemodialysis.

There is enlargement of the kidneys with innumerable renal cysts. This results in displacement and compression of the bowel. A small number of cysts are hyperdense. No cyst rupture is identified. There is no peri-renal stranding.
Multiple liver cysts are noted.

An advanced case of autosomal polycystic kidney disease with liver involvement. This results in displacement and compression of the bowel. No features to suggest renal cyst rupture have been identified.
