There is a multi-nodular lesion located on left thalamus/putamen area best seen on T2 image. The lesion shows low T1 signal with enhancement after admission of contrast. The lesion has high T2 signal with multi-cystic nodular appearance.
The patient went on to have a stereotactic guided biopsy which confirmed the diagnosis of germinoma.

The tumor is gone after 1 year of treatment & left with low signal cystic lesion which shows no enhancement after admission of contrast
