Presentation

Empty scrotal sac.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male
mri

The right testicle is seen intra-abdominal within the right iliac fossa near the deep inguinal ring, well-defined regular in shape seen high in T2/STIR, low in T1 with restricted diffusion.

The left testicle is seen at the scrotal neck, well-defined regular in shape seen high in T2/STIR, low in T1 with restricted diffusion.

Left indirect inguinal hernia with fluid content is seen reaching the left scrotal compartment. Otherwise, empty scrotal sac.

Case Discussion

A case of delayed discovery of bilateral undescended testis with the right side is seen intra-abdominal. It is associated with left indirect inguinal hernia.
