Well corticated bony fragments in the superolateral aspect of both patellae.
Joint space narrowing with subchondral sclerosis predominantly involving the medial tibiofemoral and lateral patellofemoral compartments.
Marginal osteophyte formation.
There is varus deformity at the knee.
Case Discussion
Features are characteristic of the bilateral bipartite patella as a normal congenital variant.
