Case Discussion

Congenital abnormality where the urinary bladder extrudes thorough a defect in the abdominal wall.
It is along the spectrum of the extrosphy-epispadias complex.
Its presentation is variable, often involving the urinary, reproductive and intestinal tracts, as well as the musculoskeletal system.
Associated with OEIS syndrome- omphalocele, exstrophy, imperforated anus and spinal abnormalities.
