A 35×23 mm thin walled non enhanced cystic lesion is present in the posterior mediastinum anterolateral to T5 and T6 vertebral bodies in the subcarinal region.
Case Discussion
Thin walled posterior mediastinal cystic lesion in the subcarinal region most consistent with bronchogenic cyst.
Esophageal duplication cyst could be considered in the list of differentials.
