An intrauterine gestational sac with good decidual reaction is seen at the anterior part of lower uterine segment at the level of cesarean scar, with thin myometrium between gestational sac and urinary bladder. It shows a Yolk sac with no pulsating fetal pole visualized.

Case Discussion
Cesarean scar is a rare site of implantation, considered an ectopic pregnancy. Termination of pregnancy should be done as pregnancy progress can lead to hemorrhage or uterine rupture.
