Splenomegaly of 25cm25 cm, with an enlarged splenic vein measuring 3cm3 cm in diameter.

Markedly dilated recanalised paraumbical veins measuring uptoup to 1.7cm.7 cm in diameter at the umbilicus, forming a caput medusamedusae.

Dilated inferior epigastric veins.

Small volume ascites.

Small pleural effusions.
