Well-defined right temporal lesion (measuring 22 x 18 x 15 mm) of mixed signal intensity centrally on both T1 and T2 with hypointense peripheral rim, and signal loss (blooming effect) on GE sequence. Mild enhancement on the post-contrast sequence. No surrounding edema or mass effect is noted.
