Cavum septum pellucidum et vergae cyst, measuring approx. 26mm in maximum diameter is seen bulging into bodies of both lateral ventricles. No significant hydrocephalus seen in present scan.
Case Discussion
A cavum vergae of more than 10mm diameter is considered as a cyst and may cause obstruction and hydrocephalus. This may be the cause of patient's headache.
