Compressed sulci, the border of the grey- and white matter is blurred. The ventricles are thin, symmetric. Intracranial haemorrhage, ischaemia are not detected. After contrast, there is no enhancement.

The CT scan demonstrates irreversible cerebral oedema and brain death.
