The gallbladder is not seen at its anatomical location due to prior resection. Intra and extrahepatic bile ducts are dilated. The CBD measured 16 mm in caliber with a 10 mm hyperdense stone in its distal portion.
The right kidney is not seen due to prior resection.
Mild degenerative changes of the lumbar spine with osteophytosis.
