Dilatation of the intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary ducts is seen (common bile duct 12 mm).
There is a 13 mm signal void filling defect (stone) within the common bile duct pancreatic segment.
Distended gallbladder containing sludge, tiny signal void stones, and a 15 mm signal void larger stone.
Renal cortical cysts are seen on the left side.
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with cholelithiasis with choledocholithiasis and biliary duct dilatation.
