There is a well defined lytic lesion with a sclerotic rim at calcaneus bone.

Lytic lesion demonstrates enhancement and prominent surrounding edema.
Case Discussion
The patient went on to have a biopsy of the lytic lesion which was histologically proven to be a chondroblastoma.
