Diffuse heterogeneity and marked deformity are seen at the right foot, accompanied by an old fracture dislocation with osteolysis at the 3rd, 4th and 5th metatarsophalangeal and interphalangeal joints. Additionally, heterotopic calcifications are evident in the foot and distal leg soft tissue associated with swelling.
Case Discussion
Regarding patient history, features on x-rays are consistent with old traumatic changes with superimposed chronic osteomyelitis.
