Thinned out genu and mid body of corpus callosum with absence of rest of the posterior body and splenium, dilated ventricles with squared off frontal horns and mild colpocephaly suggestive of partial corpus callosum agenesis. There is a large right parasagittal interhemispheric cyst.
There is asymmetrical enlargement of the lateral ventricles and bilateral frontal polymicrogyria.
