Presentation

The patient complains of fever, body ache for 7 days, and shortness of breath. No history of vomiting, abdominal pain, or dysuria.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Bilateral lower and left mid lung zones air space disease. 

The cardiac size is at the upper limit of normal. No mediastinal shift is noted.

Both costophrenic angles are clear. Both domes of the diaphragm appear normal.

Bony thoracic cage under view appears normal.

Case Discussion

This patient was admitted to the hospital and a COVID-19 RT-PCR is done, and the result was positive.
