Craniopharyngioma

There is a large predominantly cystic mass in the sellar and suprasellar region with heavy large central calcifications. There are also some peripheral calcifications. No post-contrast enhancement is noted.
Superiorly the lesion is compressing the chiasma Optica.
Case Discussion
Considering the patient's age, location as well as imaging features of the lesion, the very likely diagnosis is craniopharyngioma, adamantinomatous type.
No follow-up is available.
