Cystic and varicose bronchiectasis with central and upper zone predominance. Severe bronchial wall thickening and bronchiectatic cavities. Multi-regional air trapping and areas of atelectasis.
Case Discussion
The diagnosis of cystic fibrosis was not provided, however the features of chronic upper zone and central bronchiectasis and lipomatous pseudohypertrophy of the pancreas are typical.
