Large well-circumscribed ovoid soft tissue mass of the left anterior abdominal wall centred on the rectus abdominis muscle. It elicits a low signal on T1, heterogeneous high signal on T2 and T2 fat sat with restricted diffusion. The post-contrast dynamic sequences show a progressive enhancement.
No other lesion is seen.

The location within the anterior abdominal wall and the MRI features are most consistent with a desmoid tumour.
