There are stretching of the linea alba with abnormal widening of the gap between the two medial sides of recuts abdominis muscle, up to 65 mm inferring diastasis recti.
A 30 mm thin walled non enhanced cyst is present at left adnexa.

Diastasis recti is a stretching of the linea alba with abnormal widening of the gap between the two medial sides of the rectus abdominis muscle, more than 15-25 mm.
