Clearly visible interventricular septum indicates anaemia.
No gas-trapping on expiration.
DIAGNOSTIC SUMMARY: Native renal biopsy: Diffuse proliferative glomerulonephritis with crescent formation, features of WHO Type IV lupus nephritis.
