Diffuse dural calcification

CT of the brain demonstrates sheet-like calcific density along inner surface of frontal and parietal bones.
Calcification also noted in anterior falx cerebri.
The calcifications are discrete from inner table of the cranium.
Case Discussion
Diffuse dural calcifications have been described in recurrent subdural hemorrhage, secondary and tertiary hyperparathyroidism and the Gorlin-Goltz syndrome.
