Diffuse uterine adenomyosis

Bulky uterus, diffuse, ill-defined thickened junctional zone, with hyperintense foci in T1W images, denoting blood signal, and multiple ovoid small hyperintense T2WI foci denoting cystic changes throughout the myometrium, and sub endometrial, preserved cervical part of uterus.
Few small markedly hypointense lesions in T2WI in uterine fundus, keeping with small uterine fibroids (subserosal and submucosal).
