Dislocated right hip resurfacing arthroplasty prosthesis. No fracture identified. Mild left hip osteoarthritis.
Spinal surgery metalwork including L5/S1 anterior fusion, L3/4 and L4/5 disc replacements and higher lumbar instrumented fusion.
Case Discussion
The patient had the prosthesis successfully reduced under sedation in the emergency department.
