Presentation

The chief complaint is the left wrist injury after slipping in the bathroom. Clinical examination: swelling, tenderness, and limited movement.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

The X-ray shows a left distal radial fracture with mild dorsal displacement.

Soft tissue swelling is noted.
