Chronic ulnar-sided wrist pain.

Patient Data

Age: 65
Gender: Female

Bone edema, joint space narrowing, osteophytes and a geode at the ulnar aspect of the distal radioulnar joint in a case of negative ulnar variance, clinically known as ulnar impingement syndrome.
