Transverse fracture with cortical buckling in lateral view noted in the distal shaft of radius. No displacement of fracture fragment.
Styloid process of ulna is fractured with slight displacement of fracture frgment.
Case Discussion
Distal radial fracture can be associated with ulnar styloid fracture.
