Lobulcated anchoiec cystic lesion with
well-defined thin wall is noted on dorsal aspect of wrist. NeckGanglion cyst at the dorsum of the lesion shows
extension towards scapho-lunate joint. It extends distally and passes
beneath externsor carpi radialis brevis tendon from ulnar to radial side. Then lesion splays externsor
carpi radialis brevis and longus tendonwrist.
Distal - bulbous part of lesion
overlies 2nd metacarpal.
