Numerous uniformed shaped hyperdensities external to the skull surrounding the majority of the head with a sparsity over the forehead.
Case Discussion
This patient had dreadlock hair extensions. The numerous high density foci external to the skull on CT are the 'clips' where the extensions are joined to native hair.
