Thickening of the subcutaneous tissues of the palmar aspect of the left-hand 4th web space with extension to the 5th finger PIP joint level is demonstrated superficial to the flexor tendons.

Dupuytren contracture, or palmar fibromatosis, is a fibrosing condition that characteristically presents as a firm nodularity on the palmar surface of the hand with coalescing cords of soft tissue on the webs and digits.
