Diffuse colonic wall thickening, with presence of water target sign, involving left part of transverse colon, descending colon and proximal part of sigmoid colon with surrounding fat stranding.

Ectopic pancreatic tissue is presence of pancreatic tissue outside the usual location of the pancreas. It is usually found near the proximal duodenum. Next most common location is stomach.
