Findings was changed:

MRI shows an ectopic posterior pituitary, located at the median eminence. There is an associated dysgenesis of the corpus callosum, with an abnormally thin body and splenium.

The infudibular stalk is probably present, but it is very subtle, with slight enhancement post-gadolinium. The anterior pituitary is normal. Myelination is normal for the age of the infant.
