There are bilateral ill-defined soft tissue masses in the subscapular region with an attenuation value similar to that of the adjacent muscles. The serratus anterior and latissimus dorsi muscles are displaced but not invaded.
Normal opacification of the pulmonary arteries and their branches with no signs of pulmonary embolism.
Case Discussion
CT features of bilateral elastofibroma dorsi, (incidental finding in this case). Up to 30% of elastofibromas are bilateral.
