Pain and stiffness right elbow.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Typical osteoarthritic changes of joint space narrowing, subchondral sclerosis and marginal osteophytes throughout all elbow compartments. A joint effusion is present. 

Case Discussion

With no history of prior trauma or fracture, this is presumed to be primary elbow osteoarthritis.
