Severe stricture with shouldering appearance is present at the distal portion of the oesophagus that causing pre stricture dilatation and contrast media stasis.
Case Discussion
The barium swallow findings were consistent with a malignant mass at the distal oesophagus as an irregular stricture with shouldering and pre-stricture dilatation.
