Exencephaly

There is a single live intrauterine fetus corresponding to the gestational age. There is an absent cranial vault cephalad to the orbits. The brain tissue is dangling in the amniotic fluid. The rest of fetal anatomical surgery is normal.
Case Discussion
Ultrasound findings favour exencephaly.
