Incidental finding in a 70 Y/O patient with gastric antral tumour (adenocarcinoma)

Age: 70
Gender: Male

An exophytic, round and well-defined mass with fat density is seen at the hepatic flexure of the colon. There is also several small calcific foci at the peripheral of lesion. You can also see gastric antral tumoural involvement in this patient.

Exophytic lipomatous mass of hepatic flexure of the colon , an incidental finding in a 70 Y/O patient with gastric antral tumoural involvement with adenocarcinoma.

Histology proven: Lipoma
