Gender: Female

Numerous enhancing masses are seen around the base of the brain.

Numerous masses, many of which appear extra-axial/leptomeningeal in location, with surrounding edema. 

Case Discussion

This case is path proven extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma, although no information is available regarding any other clinical factors. Presumably, this is a rare example of primary cranial extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma similar to reference 1 case report 1
