Plain and contrast CT showed a well-defined spherical mass in the right posterior falx cerebri. There was mild oedema, mass effect on the right lateral ventricle. The mass was straddling the inferior surface of the falx. There was no calcification, bone lesion. There was homogenous contrast enhancement.
