Right groin region herniation of the peritoneal fat which is located medial to the common femoral vein and caudal to the inferior epigastric vessels. Reducible with compression.

An elderly lady presented with a non-painful right groin bulge. The ultrasound shows a reducible femoral hernia containing peritoneal fat.
